Cool idea! The thought of applying blacklight paint in this way has never so much as crossed my mind. I remember way back in the day when I had a blacklight in my bedroom, I had some fun by drawing designs on my face and arms with a yellow highlighter, then washing it off so that you couldn't see anything at all with the naked eye anymore. Turn on blacklight and bam, it's all back as sharp as ever. Silly, but fun!
